"Excellent customer service! Tiffany was incredibly helpful in her explanation and understanding of policy. Amazing customer service and knowledgeable regarding other parts of my policy, not just about what I had originally called in about. Im not super great at tech and even tho they have a chat bot that walks you through claims I probably still would have gotten frustrated. She walked me through it all and provided support that the chat could not."
